We had such a great experience with Vero Diamond, I am in love with my engagement ring. From the start, we felt really comfortable, there was no pressure at all throughout the process. When my fiancé picked it up, there was a small issue with the bezel, and Ali immediately went out of his way to fix it, even personally drove to his friend’s jeweller just before the holidays to make sure it was perfect and we got the ring back the same day before holiday closures. That level of care really meant a lot to us. Highly recommend Vero Diamond.
