From the customer service and professionalism to the care and craftsmanship put into the engagement rings, we cannot recommend Vero Diamonds and Ali enough. My partner and I designed a custom engagement ring together and Ali's helpful guidance and knowledge made it a special experience for us both (my fiancé and I knew nothing about ring design!). After showing Ali some inspiration photos, he was extremely helpful in providing information and ideas that truly reflected the style that I wanted while incorporating my own ideas. Im not posting the ring I created as that is something special between my partner and me , much as yours will be between your partner and yourself.
The amount of care and honesty that Ali had during the whole process was second to none. It is an intimidating purchase but he made me feel calm and collected. He made thoughtful suggestions as I knew nothing about rings. It was not salesy it was hey here are things that are possible, and then let me decide from there.

Highly recommend Vero to anyone thinking about rings, engagement or other.
