Not only do I get a ton of compliments on my rings (they’re literally my favourite jewelry I’ve ever owned), but the experience at Vero is unmatched. We never felt pressured or rushed - instead, the team just wanted to ensure they captured what we were looking for. I’ve had to get my rings serviced a couple times (for sizing, etc.) and every time, the customer service has been really responsive, quick, helpful, and friendly. They know I don’t want to be without my rings for long and it’s clearly important to them that I can wear them comfortably as quickly as possible! I’d recommend Vero to anyone looking for jewelry, but in particular wedding rings. I’d literally never go anywhere else for custom jewelry now.
