What an experience and what a ring! My girlfriend (now fiancé) and I actually visited Vero together for a consultation and design discussion first. We discussed the many styles and designs in person giving my fiancé essentially the chance to pick the ring of her dreams. A few weeks later we came back to try on the 3D print out of the ring, giving her a chance to discuss any further alterations, which in the end were unnecessary since it was perfect. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and are blown away with how smooth and easy the whole process was. Thank you Vero for such a beautiful ring and experience!

My husband got my engagement ring from Vero and we then got our wedding bands here as well. Not only do I get a ton of compliments on my rings (they’re literally my favourite jewelry I’ve ever owned), but the experience at Vero is unmatched. We never felt pressured or rushed - instead, the team just wanted to ensure they captured what we were looking for. I’ve had to get my rings serviced a couple times (for sizing, etc.) and every time, the customer service has been really responsive, quick, helpful, and friendly. They know I don’t want to be without my rings for long and it’s clearly important to them that I can wear them comfortably as quickly as possible! I’d recommend Vero to anyone looking for jewelry, but in particular wedding rings. I’d literally never go anywhere else for custom jewelry now.
